The Commission keeps a written record of its proceedings. Minutes are drafted by the Recording Secretary and posted here once the Commission has approved them at a subsequent meeting. Resolutions are posted as signed.

Resolutions
Each resolution below is the signed document as adopted, and is controlling. The description beneath it is provided by the Commission for readability only.
- Resolution 2026-06 — Amending Resolution 2026-02 to Add Charter Commission Candidate Names to the Call for ElectionAdopted August 28, 2026. Issues the second call for election required by C.R.S. § 31-2-204(3) once nomination petitions have been filed, adding the names of the eligible charter commission candidates and referring to the territory boundaries on file with the Boulder County District Court in Case No. 2026CV30306.
- Resolution 2026-05 — Amending Resolution 2026-04 to Update Ballot Titles with Charter Commission Candidate NamesAdopted August 28, 2026. Amends the ballot titles adopted in Resolution 2026-04 to insert the names of the 28 eligible charter commission candidates in place of the placeholders in Question 3, and makes formatting changes to the titles.
- Resolution 2026-04 — Fixing the Ballot Titles for the Questions for the Election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026Adopted August 18, 2026. Fixes the ballot titles for Questions 1 through 8 as set out in the attachment to the resolution, establishes a single election precinct identical to the territory described in the incorporation petition, designates the Boulder County ballot return locations, and authorizes the Chair to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder.
- Resolution 2026-03 — Amending Resolution 2026-02 to Designate the Longmont Times-Call as the Legal PublicationAdopted June 26, 2026. Amends Section 4 of Resolution 2026-02 to designate the Longmont Times-Call, rather than the Boulder Daily Camera, as the newspaper of legal publication for notices of the Commission.
- Resolution 2026-02 — Calling for an Election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026Adopted June 8, 2026. Calls the election as a coordinated mail ballot election with Boulder County on November 3, 2026, on the questions of incorporation, formation of a charter commission, election of nine charter commission members, and the fiscal matters submitted under Article X, Section 20 of the Colorado Constitution.
- Resolution 2026-01 — Appointing a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson, and a Recording SecretaryAdopted June 8, 2026. Appoints Lois Adamson as Chairperson, who serves as the Designated Election Official for the incorporation election; Robert Olsen as Vice-Chairperson; and Amanda Walker as Recording Secretary.
